Federal Safety Commission (FSC) Accreditation Support

The Federal Work Health and Safety Accreditation Scheme is designed to improve health and safety practices in the Australian building and construction industry.

To gain accreditation, builders must have a rigorous safety management system in place and demonstrate the system is being implemented and followed on-site.

This means that accredited builders have high safety management standards and systems. They also undergo a rigorous auditing process to ensure they are compliant with the FSC criteria.

It also means that the FSC has certified the builder’s safety management system as meeting the requirements of the scheme and as such, they can tender for certain federally funded projects that require builders to be FSC accredited.

Readysafe have extensive experience working for FSC accredited builders and in gaining accreditation for builders looking to tender for federally funded projects that require the accreditation.

If you are considering applying for FSC accreditation or need help maintaining your current accreditation, Readysafe can help. Get in touch to find out how.
